This is a unique opportunity to place the spotlight on your company at the ultimate social event kicking off WATEC Italy 2019! The Welcome Reception offers an ideal platform for all conference attendees to mingle and enjoy the featured entertainment.
The Welcome Reception will take place on the first day of the Exhibition, enabling WATEC Italy 2019 participants to catch up with colleagues, pursue new business relationships, and network with participants and exhibitors in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
The Welcome Reception Invitation bearing the sponsor’s logo will be distributed to all WATEC Italy 2019 exhibition & conference participants and registered accompanying persons.

“Green” Participant Bags – € 25,000
Sole Sponsorship
The sponsor’s logo will appear on the “green” exhibition participant bags distributed to visitors during registration, and carried by participants throughout the exhibition.
In keeping with the sustainable economy theme of the conference, the bags are made of recycled materials.

The sponsor’s logo will appear on floor plan handouts distributed at the entrance to the Exhibition Center. About 5,000 floor plans will be printed and distributed to all visitors. The handout will include the list of exhibitors and their booth locations.

Advertising Banner on WATEC Website – € 2,500
Special requests
The sponsor will have an opportunity to post advertising banners on WATEC website pages. Technical instructions will be provided.
Some suggestions for evaluating your advertising goals:
- To spread the word about your presence at the WATEC Italy 2019 Exhibition, you may want to include the conference name and booth number, in addition to your company name, logo, and/or product line on the banner.
- If your goal is to draw people to your website, don’t spill all the beans in the banner; attract viewers with just enough intriguing information to make them curious enough to click on the banner and visit your website to obtain additional information.
